Welcome. You have chosen to be a Loaning Member.
You’re going to help start a revolution in building. The world won’t be able to thank you enough.
First of all I must tell you that your money will not just help this Idea Project, it will help the next and the next and the next.
You’ll influence generations. And the buildings will last hundreds of years.
You can speak with pride when you show your friends and family, pictures of the many different versions of the Extreme Green Cooperative Housing Idea Projects. And you helped start them all.
Become a Loaning Member
A Loaning Member: Loans money to the Project at low Money Market rates.
This money will be used as a down payment for loans needed to build the large, full scale Extreme Green Cooperative Housing Idea Project.
The goal is to receive enough Loaning Member money so it won’t be for a down payment. It will be to pay for the whole building process!
When that happens, it will be an indication that Green people have understood the value of this Idea Project.
There are two types of Loaning Members.
The first type is a Loaning Member who wants to go to meetings and come to the Idea Project to work. They may want to learn to be an Assistant Shift Manager or a Shift Manager. They may want to accrue contributed work hours and use them at a later date. (See Interesting Note: below)
Or a Loaning Member could live in another country and still support.
There is another reason to be a Loaning Member or a Giving Member. Your money can vote where the next Idea Project will go! (The legal steps have yet to be addressed.)

Interesting Note: At the minimum $1000 total and regular contribution or payment of $100 a month or a total of $10,000(the amounts may be different); a Giving Member, Loaning Member or Saving Coop Member have earned two benefits.
The first benefit is to have the option to work as an assistant shift manager and then a shift manager on the Green Idea Project.
And the second benefit is that all contributed hours, working shifts on the Idea Project will be counted and credited to you! Those contributed hours can be valuable. Later, a % of any surplus hours can be traded in for even off site work! (The legal steps have yet to be addressed.)
For example, a Loaning Member could contribute 17 hours a week for four years. That would be 3400 hours with 8 weeks off. If after the Idea Project had completed construction, that Loaning Member could trade in all the 3400 hours and receive 1400 hours of work from willing Coop Members (as payment in full) to build a small Green lake house on a weekend!
