Creating a SUSTAINABLE Foundation for a Green, Low-Cost and Prosperous FUTURE!!!

The Extreme Green Cooperative Housing Idea Project Mission Statement is based on a number of goals.

To create a large scale, low cost model of Environmentally Conscious Housing to be replicated not only in America, but worldwide. It is important to not only be energy independent, but water independent. 

To educate environmental awareness in all areas of operations through:  

• A ‘Making of The Extreme Green Cooperative Housing Idea Project.’ Documentary video, for worldwide distribution.
• A website with all the videoed how-to Green programming. Also provide links to all new Green inventions and their effect on the Greening future of the world.
• A weekly show on PBS or Cable or Regular Television combining Environmental News and spotlighting students and Coop Members as the experts (and valuable employee prospects) on the show. 
• Interviewed by celebrities and talk show hosts.  

To partner with future Cooperative Housing residents and the students to not only build the parts of the project but to help create a number of Environmentally Conscious businesses with interested Coop Members and graduating students as business partners.

To incorporate a number of very valuable Cooperative Options that will enrich the life of the Coop Members living in the Project. Creating a supportive, environmentally conscious new neighborhood.

To provide an alternative to the damaging cycle of constantly rising rents, causing people to move to cheaper housing as their life cycle changes to fixed incomes or changes in employment. Disrupting lives. Causing social isolation.

To create an innovative volunteer program that promotes the volunteers capacity to create their own dreams through a fractional repay of their hourly contribution.

To combine with many local charities and to find ways to partner with those charities to fulfill their goals as well as ours.
